We offer Life Skills classes, Job Skills Classes, Culinary Classes, Graphic Design Classes and a variety of technology classes. Our Technology classes will teach them technical skills including Web Design, Coding, 3D Printing, Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Office and STEM

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Technology Inclusion Specialist to support the technology teachers. This job will include the following responsibilities:

• Conduct and design evaluations and measure students’ performance in the classroom
• Assist with creating and reviewing teachers’ lesson plans
• Running small breakout groups under the direction of the head teacher
• Assist students with special needs in our classes
• Modify assignments and provide accommodations to students with special needs
• Provide guidance to teachers on effectively supporting students with special needs
• Serve as a substitute teacher
• Run small groups to assist students at various levels and to support new learners

Qualifications

• Candidate must have experience assisting or teaching individuals with special needs in the classroom
• Experience working with 3D printers is a plus
• Candiate must have a basic understanding of technology skills
• Experience working with individuals with special needs is a plus.
• A candidate with a variety of technology skills and computer skills is a plus. This can include anything from graphic design, coding, Microsoft office suite, web design, and 3D design.
