Build and Brew Café is open every Saturday from 9am-3pm in Red Bank, with rotating coffee and deli specials and over 100 board games. We’re not just another coffee shop, we’re your new weekend ritual.

This month we will be serving Stroopwafel hot chocolate, fall maple lattes, and pumpkin biscotti affogatos - all made fresh in house. We will also be debuting our Bahn Mi sandwiches for a limited time, made with pickled Asian vegetables, roasted chicken breast, ham, fresh cilantro, and garlic aioli on our fresh baked sandwich rolls.

Every coffee, sandwich and biscotti helps support our mission to employ special needs individuals.

Our Haunted Café debuts with spooky drinks, costumes, live performances, and themed zones for a community-wide trick-or-treat celebration.

Get your costumes ready for a competition extravaganza! We will be holding several contests, grouped by age – so pull out all the stops to get your spook on. (But, not too spooky.)

At Build & Brew Café, classes are more than lessons – they’re building blocks toward something bigger. Whether it’s cooking, art, music, theater or tech, students can translate what they learn here into meaningful projects.

The skills students are learning are being put into practice right now in our biggest multi-class endeavor yet:

Students are designing tracks, cars, and entire ecosystems – blending 3D printing, graphic design, engineering, and entrepreneurship. It’s not just a class, it’s a movement.

We are building a realistic race track, set in Japan. Cars can travel the streets of Tokyo's night life, under mountains and through the idyllic countryside.

We are looking for engineers, coders, programmers and graphic designers to help us! Want to broaden your skills? Look no further. Anyone is welcome to join this project!

Each month here at Build & Brew we like to feature one of our classes and showcase some of our students' outstanding work.

Students have been working hard in Art honing their craft. They have been painting everything from canvases to picture frames to birdhouses, and we are LOVING it! Just look at some of their amazing creations!
